
Practice Manager
Debbie joined the practice in 1987 and is responsible for the performing the duties which enable the staff and
physicians to take care of the patients and business efficiently. Debbie enjoys interacting with other medical
practice managers in the community.
Debbie is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) and the California Medical
Group Management Association (CA MGMA).
Debbie was born and raised in Pasadena California. After raising two boys that kept her family very
involved in their passion of baseball and camping, she continues to enjoy her hobbies of needle pointing, gardening,
and reading. Debbie is a fundamental part of practice; for any questions or concerns regarding your care please

Physician Assistant
David was born and raised in sunny Orange County, California. He completed his Bachelor of Sciences in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton and graduated with Cum Laude honors. With his interests in biomechanics and physical rehabilitation, he worked as a physical therapy aide for over 2 years assisting in the progression and improvement of many patients in his community. He went on to complete an emergency medical technician program at Mount San Antonio College and worked as an EMT. Shortly after, he continued to get his Masters in Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Pace University in New York City and chose to do his elective rotation in Orthopedics at Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens working alongside the Chief of Orthopedics. His experience in the musculoskeletal system and orthopedics has made his transition to Risser smooth. David joined Risser in January 2012 and assists Dr. Ben Pradhan in the evaluation and treatment of spinal disorders. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA).
In his free time he enjoys being outdoors and staying active including hiking, tennis, basketball, weight lifting, surfing and other water sports, and looking for new experiences to try.

Clinical Administrative Assistant to Dr. Laster
Allana is the clinical administrative assistant to Dr. Laster. She will be doing all of the scheduling for MRI, CT scan, surgeries, etc. She keeps Dr. Laster's office running smoothly, please call Allana if you have any questions or concerns.

Clinical Administrative Assistant to Dr. Northrop
Wendy is Dr. Northrop's clinical administrative assistant. She is vital to the flow of the office and helps Dr. Northrop schedule surgeries. Wendy also will be doing all of the scheduling for MRI, CT scan, special braces, etc that is needed for Dr. Northrop's patients. If you are Dr. Northrop's patient, she is the go to person that can help you with all of your needs.

Clinical Administrative Assistant to Dr. Mostofi
Blanca is the clinical administrative assistant to Dr. Mostofi. She is excellent in helping answer all your questions. She will assist you with surgery scheduling, MRI, CT, and nerve conduction testing. She can also help coordinate your therapy. Blanca helps make sure you get the care you need from Dr. Mostofi in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any question please call her anytime!

Clinical Administrative Assistant to Dr. Sheng and Dr. Norquist
Aisha is the clinical administrative assistant to Dr. Sheng and Norquist. She will assist you with all your questions and concerns that you have in a timely manner. In addition, Aisha will schedule and coordinate all your diagnostic testing, injections and appointment needs.

X-Ray Technician
Jim will be helping us obtain radiographic information in caring for your orthopaedic needs.
He is trained in specialized orthopaedic radiography. You may find that Jim has a student with him at times.
Jim volunteers as an instructor and our office is a satellite office for local schools training new radiology technicians.
Obtaining an x-ray of a painful body part can be quite uncomfortable sometimes.
Jim appreciates that and attempts to get us the information we need with the least amount of discomfort and exposure to you.
Jim can also help you obtain a copy of your radiographs for your records. If you have any questions or concerns
regarding your radiographs please feel free to ask Jim for help.

Orthotech
I am the Orthotech here at Risser Orthopaedic Group, my responsibilities include casting, splinting, and bracing. I also assist the doctors with fracture treatment and the patient's aftercare. Also my duties include support for radiographic imaging and nursing in the office. I look forward to helping you and your family with your orthopaedic needs. I am from southwestern United States. My background is in coaching and sports and recreation. My hobbies include long distance cycling and endurance sports. One of my enjoyments of my position here is to see patients get back to doing the activities they were doing before getting injured. Look forward to meeting you.

Jean is the test and surgery scheduler for Dr. Ben Pradhan, Spine surgery. She will be the person who will coordinate your care with Dr. Pradhan whether it is surgery, pre-ops, MRI’s, tests, etc. Please give Jean a call with any questions or concerns and she will make sure they are addressed.

Workers Compensation & Disability Coordinator
Cely is our primary workers compensation and disability coordinator. The paperwork involved in helping our patients with their employment, attorney, and worker's compensation carrier can be overwhelming. Cely is excellent in assisting you and the physicians with all of the paperwork so we can focus on your health and getting you back on your feet! She is available to talk to you or your representative to help coordinate all of your needs.

Billing
Andrea, Kim, Dominique, and Channa are part of our billing department. They can help you with insurance questions, understanding your invoice, and any billing concerns. They also assist Debbie Conley with our internal accounting. Please contact them anytime regarding your billing needs.

Medical Records
Rita is the medical records coordinator. She is responsible for your medical folder. From test results, physicians notes,
procedure and radiographic reports, and other personal medical information; she gathers all the information for our practice
so that we can care for you in an organized and reliable fashion.
She is an integral part of how we communicate with
other medical offices and practitioners. She takes care of our transcription and dictation services.
Rita also helps ensure your privacy and that our office is HIPPA compliant.

Receptionist
Rochelle, Irma and Aisha are the first people you see when you walk through our doors. They will help you with your paperwork, coordinate your schedule with one of our physicians, get you in touch with the right people for your questions and concerns, assist you with transportation needs, and help make your follow up appointments before you leave the office.
